Kim is Stakra's Fractional COO, bringing structure, organization, and people-first thinking to a growing team. She helps shape the way Stakra works behind the scenes while fostering a culture where great ideas and great people can thrive. When she's not at work, she's probably at the gym or planning her next travel adventure.

Lyza is the one who turns "this process is chaos" into systems that quietly run themselves. As Stakra's Head of Tech and Implementation, she architects the workflows, automations, and tools behind every engagement, bridging strategy and hands-on builds so clients get systems that actually stick. Outside work, Lyza is a homebody through and through, usually in bed deep in a manga, manhwa, or webnovel. Weekends mean quick errands, catching up with friends, or the occasional fun run.

Abby leads client delivery at Stakra, owning how every engagement runs from kickoff to handover. She sets the standard for how work gets scoped, documented, and delivered, and makes sure clients get the same quality of execution wherever they are in the world. Beyond client work, she partners with leadership on planning and strategy and leads the team that keeps our accounts running. Outside of Stakra, she's a cat mom with a long anime watchlist and an even longer reading list.

Kayle juggles several roles at Stakra. As admin support, she manages documentation, database upkeep, and the internal systems that keep client projects running day to day. Drawing on her degree in English Language Studies and a background in writing, editing, and research, she's also the copywriter behind Stakra's social media and pitches in on marketing tasks. When she's off the clock, you'll find her nose deep in a book or binge-watching anime.

As an Admin Support at Stakra, Ralph supports the Leadership Team with internal administrative tasks that help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Three months into his Stakra journey, he brings a curious and observant mindset to his work, always open to learning, adapting, and trying new things. Outside of work, he's an adventurous person who enjoys new experiences and discovering things he hasn't tried before. He's also a dog person.

As an Automation Developer at Stakra, Kelvin builds and improves systems that make day-to-day operations more efficient. He works across automation, integrations, and internal tools, with a practical approach to solving problems and finding better ways to get things done. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, exploring new tech, and going down the occasional internet rabbit hole. He also likes trying new things and figuring out how stuff works, even when he probably doesn’t need to.
